Born and bred in Germany, Chef Thomas Damm honed his craft in Germany’s Michelin starred kitchens, before immigrating to Australia and working in some of Melbourne’s top cafes and restaurants before making the move to private dining. With the launch of Damm Good Cafe, Chef Thomas is excited to be coming full circle back to the Melbourne café life that he started with – because Melbourne is the café capital of the world!
